CeriFi CPEdge system requirements

Below are the minimum supported requirements for using CeriFi CPEdge. Although other system configurations may work, accessing CeriFi CPEdge with a system that does not meet these requirements may encounter performance issues or may prevent you from using the system as designed.

Minimum Supported Systems require one of the following:

  • A laptop or desktop computer running Microsoft Windows 10 or later (64-bit with at least 8GB of RAM recommended)
  • Apple iPad (iOS 12 or later)*
  • Android tablet (Android version 10 or later)*

* For live webinars, tablet devices are supported with limited functionality. Some features, including chat, participation alerts, and attendance tracking required for credit, may not function as expected. A laptop or desktop computer is recommended for the full webinar experience.

One of the following internet browsers, updated to a version released within the past six months:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Apple Safari for iOS

Additional requirements:

  • A minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels
  • High-speed Internet connection
  • The latest available version of Adobe Reader or other application capable of natively opening PDF documents

Notes:

  • Devices other than Windows-based desktops, laptops or tablets, iPads, or Chrome tablets may work but are not supported
  • Apple Mac OS/X is not supported; however, OS/X systems capable of running the latest version of one of the listed browsers should work.
  • Use of a cell phone is not recommended or supported.
  • Internet Explorer is not supported
