The Reconciliation Bill of 2025 (previously named the One, Big, Beautiful Bill Act) permanently extends a majority of the provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), broadly rolls back provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA), and includes a host of other individual and business tax provisions such as excludible tip income, deductible automobile loan interest, expanded IRC Sec. 174 expensing, and much more. 

This webinar will focus on the legislation’s key individual and business entity provisions affecting domestic taxpayers.
