Bill Bischoff is a sole practitioner with over 25 years of tax practice experience, including eight years with major firms in Dallas. He received his BA from UCLA and his MBA from Santa Clara University. Mr. Bischoff has gained practical, in-depth experience in tax planning and compliance issues in a number of tax fields including partnership and individual taxation, compensation and benefits, real estate, and oil and gas. He is a former voting member of the AICPA Tax Division Partnership Taxation Committee and a former chair of the Texas Society of CPAs Tax Institute Committee. Mr. Bischoff is also a coauthor of several PPC publications and a former executive editor with Practitioners Publishing Company, which is part of the Tax and Accounting business at Thomson Reuters.
