Carol Bradshaw, JD, CPA

Carol Bradshaw joined Digital Realty, Inc., one of the world's leading data center REITs, in 2026. She has extensive experience advising and leading tax functions for public and private REITs, including REIT conversions, qualification, transactions, and ongoing compliance. Ms. Bradshaw previously served as interim head of tax for Suntex Marina Investors, LLC during its transformation into the first REIT-compliant marina company and as interim head of tax for Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX), helping the 140-year-old Hawaii-based company through its REIT evaluation, election, and implementation. She also served as Senior Vice President of Tax for the U.S. operations of Westfield Corporation (now Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield), one of the world's largest retail property companies. A Texas native, Ms. Bradshaw holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Dallas Bar Association, and NAREIT.
