David H. Luthy, DBA, CPA

David H. Luthy is the Richard C. and Vera C. Stratford Professor of Accounting in the College of Business at Utah State University. While at USU, Dr. Luthy has received both the "Advisor of the Year" and the "Professor of the Year" awards. He served his faculty internship in cost accounting at Hill Air Force Base and was the start-up controller for the Space Dynamics Laboratory. Dr. Luthy earned a B.S. and an MBA from USU and earned his DBA from Indiana University. He is co-author of the book "Cost Accounting: A Managerial Approach" and has served the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants as a member of the board of directors, local chapter president, and committee chairman.
