Ian Redpath is a nationally recognized tax attorney and consultant from Buffalo, New York. He is a principal in the Redpath Law Office. He specializes in pass-thru entities and not-for-profit taxation. He has represented all sizes of not-for-profit entities and also served on various boards of directors. He has published numerous articles on contemporary tax issues and co-authored several books. Mr. Redpath has extensive national and international experience developing, writing, and presenting professional CPE programs. In addition to his active tax practice, he is the Kenneth L. Koessler Distinguished Professor of Taxation, Chairperson of the Department of Accounting, Accounting Systems Analytics, and Director of Graduate Accounting Programs at Canisius University in Buffalo. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Alethia Research Institute, an international think-tank.
