Janet L. Pass, JD, CPA

Janet L. Pass specializes in the multi-state sales tax consulting area. Ms. Pass is an attorney and CPA practicing in Newport Beach California. She has worked with several big four accounting firms, specializing in multi-state tax consulting. She was the Sales and Use Tax Regional Practice Leader at KPMG and Ernst and Young. Ms. Pass also worked as a sales tax auditor with the California State Board of Equalization. She was a partner at Holthouse Carlin and Van Trigt LLP. She has worked extensively with multi-state companies to provide assistance with multi-state tax issues in the areas of tax research, planning, and compliance. Ms. Pass is a member of the California Bar Association. She served on the California Society of CPA's Sales and Use Tax Committee. Ms. Pass received her Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University and her JD from Whittier Law School.
