Raymond L. Sutton, Jr., J.D., LL.M.

Raymond L. Sutton, Jr. is the Managing Partner in the Denver, Colorado, office of Baker & Hostetler, LLP, where he works in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and administration, and tax controversy matters. Sutton graduated from the University of Colorado Law School and earned his Master of Law in Taxation from the University of Denver College of Law. He also taught as an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Denver. Sutton frequently speaks on tax-related topics and has published three estate planning workshop manuals for lawyers and accountants. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a member of the Sections on Taxation and Real Property of the American Bar Association, and a member of the Colorado and Michigan Bar Associations.
